Ready to finally stick to it!!!

For several years ive tried diets and excersize and never stuck to it. i am almost 28 and weigh 193. I have 2 kids and want to add another one but i want to get healthy first. I have already lost 2 lbs so i know i can do it, i just have to stick it. sometimes i may need modivation to get me going. But Its time for a change. its now or never! my husband and i are doing this together which i am very grateful for. it makes it a little easier. feel free to add me as a friend!! were all in this together.

    i'm new here tooo, and I too have been on a yo yo diet....but have finally had enough and getting my butt in gear, motivation for people is really helpful I have been finding :)

    Welcome. Hope you find this site useful. For success, you need to change your attitude to food. Stop thinking of it in terms of good/bad, right/wrong, etc. Remember that this is a lifestyle change, NOT a diet, and that there WILL be days when you're over on your calories, eat less healthily than you should, etc. This doesn't equal failure. It doesn't mean that you weren't able to 'stick to it', it just means you're human!
