Hi! My name is Amanda. I just joined mfp this week and so far so good. I really love using the food diary on my android phone. I hope I can keep up with it.
After only a couple days of using the calorie counter I have realized how much I wasovereating before. For some reason I thought that I was eating normal amounts and that there was no reason why I shouldn't be skinny. Well now I see why...
Did anyone else think this when they first started on MFP? Where you surprised by how many calories you normally ate?
