How do you measure it? I don't have a food scale...

If you are cooking it yourself, you can look at the package and it will tell you how many servings per package and judge that way. I've also heard that a serving of pasta should be about the size of your fist. But who's fist? My hands are small and my husbands are huge so I go by his fist. LOL! Seriously though, get a food scale. It will come in handy for more than just spaghetti.

Some spaghetti spoons have holes in the handle that show you the size of a serving or more. See if you can pick up one of those if you don't have a food scale.

Though ... a food scale is probably the single most useful piece of weight loss equipment I own/use.

I do and a serving is typically about a quarter size (if you hold it in your hand like you're jesturing 'ok'). This varies a little depending on the noodle, wheat ones can me heavier... But really, get a scale. I love my cheap one I got at Bed Bath & Beyond ($15). :D

Thanks everyone! I plan to buy a scale, I just haven't picked one up yet. However, I have started using measuring cups like a crazy person and that has made a huge difference!

Best decision you can make if you're dedicated to losing weight is to get good measuring cups, good measuring spoons, and a good food scale. it's worth it, 100%.
