Hi everyone

A good friend of mine told me about this site and how her mother-in-law uses it and loves it. Although I don't consider myself obese, I am always looking for ways to learn more about health and diet. Plus I could definatley lose those extra pounds & tidy things up, if you know what I mean.

My first day of tracking turned out to be terrific especially when I found out the more your exercise the more you can eat. I think that in itself is inspiring and I can't wait to get active again tomorrow. Plus just the overall learning is amazing.

Anyhow, thanks for listening : )

    I had a wonderful friend tell me about this site. I have lost 100 pounds but over the past couple months have gained back about 12 pounds need to stay on track what a great way to do this. No counting or calculating it does it for me. Love it.
  • Until I found this site I LIVED to eat. But I never exercised to counter balance that fact. It is nice to be able to track my freedom to eat and balance it with my exercise efforts. Food is my life, the only pleasure that doesnt break a law, offend a church or violate any morals (depending on what you like to eat I suppose).

    Get to know people on here and make friends..... they will all help you on your way and even when you get lost from the site, they will be back here when you return. :-) add us as friends and then if you want add us to facebook so we can work together on this site and off.

    Welcome thewatchstander. I also had my best friend introduce me to this site and I love it as well. It is awonderful way to watch what you eat and learn more how U can inprove your eating habits. I love the food diary (I just enter the information and it does the rest). I have always been fairly active but I am more active because of the reward of being able to eat MORE.
