Spirulin

Hi everyone!

I've read that spirulin is really good for lots of things, Strengthens the immune system, High in Vitamin B-12 and B Complex, Iron for women and children's health, Supports cardiovascular and helps weight loss.

Has anyone tried it? I've been taking it for a week but I don't know what changes I should have.

Is it really that good?

    I just read yesterday how great it was supposed to be...havent tried it yet, but thinking of adding some in my diet
