So the evil coworkers chose The Cheesecake Factory for group lunch today. If you've ever looked at their menu you know everything is large portioned and high calorie. So I chose the lunch size chopped salad - no dressing. I only ate half and since I used the low fat soy sesame - How would you calculate?? I currently just broke everything out on it's own (lettuce, tomato, corn etc).
Thoughts?

So 138 if you had no chicken, or 198 if you had chicken? Sound right?0

I've got 275 calories for a full chopped salad. I think it said 3 cups thhen 12 calories per tbsp. On the low fat dreamed soy.0

Sounds right. Less then 200 calories. 180ish I would say. Since you ate half.0
