I have been doing the Wii Active for a few weeks now and I have been recording the calories the Wii tells me. I just got a Polar FT4 HRM with Chest Strap and the Calories on the FT4 are alot higher than the Wii (Tonight Wii: 194Cal & Polar 330Cal) I dont know which one to believe... Can anyone give me any insight..This is my first time using an HRM.
Thanks...
Thanks...

go with the heart rate monitor! its actually taking a reading of your heart vs your weight (i'm assuming you have your weight set into it). my timex ALWAYS tells me way more than any of the exercise machines at the gym..usually 1/3rd to 1/2 more!0

Definitely go with the HRM, it's gonna be much more customized. Assuming you set it up with your age, weight, height etc. Bonus! You are burning more calories than you thought! I think that's great! Keep up the good work!
