Question about Mimi's Cafe French Dip

I entered this into my food diary and saw the HORRIFIC amount of sodium in this entry after I ate it. My question is,when you search this item in the database does it include the au jus and if so, does the sandwich entry assume you ate all of the au jus? By the way, Mimi's Cafe dietary book says the same calories.
