Has anyone heard of the website www.bodyrock.tv? If so, I am a big girl and would like to try and start some sort of circuit training to help tone some areas while burning fat, but I would like to start out light and ease my way into the workout so I don't hurt myself. Anyone have any suggestions on where to start with zuzana?
