Exercising with broken toes?
fearlessly

Hello, exercise gurus! I come to you all with a question!
I broke two toes on one foot the other week, and have not been able to exercise so far due to that. I finally can walk with only a little bit of pain (woohoo -_-), so I'm hoping I'll be able to find SOMETHING to do at the gym starting next week. Does anyone have any suggestions for cardio that might not hurt so much? I can automatically rule out the treadmill... haha
Thanks in advance!

I don't know the proper name...but, the stationary bike with moving arms. If you position your foot just right on the pedals, hopefully won't hurt?
If you can, do that and definitely move the arms.0 -
Rowing machine should work. Good luck.0
