Hello everyone! I am very excited to begin on this adventure of becoming healthier! I've done it in the past and have total confidence in myself once again. It is very nice to see how supportive you all are to one another and I look forward to joining this community! I am a very busy person, however, so I probably won't post messages very often, but I wanted to say hello and let you know that I am joining the team!
