Body Fat Percentage

I want to focus on lowering my percentage of body fat, rather than specifically weight. This may be a silly question, but should I do anything different, or just carry on counting calories?

Click on the link in my signature: "relatively light trying to get leaner". It is a very, very long post but the ones to read are from stoutman81 (not sure if that is full username). Strength training is key. Heavy weight lifting (women won't 'bulk up') and diet. He told me: 2-3 true strength training (i.e. lifting weights). Cardio 2-6x per week as needed (I use it to eat more!). Lots of veggies and fruit and protein (normal for me would be 45g a day - I'm set at 94 and strive for 100). I decided to purchase P90X and I'm still waiting on it.
Increase in lean muscle mass means increase in fat burning throughout the day.0
