So...I have lost a total of 51 lbs so far. I know this is going to sound strange but now when I look in the mirror without clothes I almost think my body looks worse??? I have loose skin that looks worse with no fat behind it, My thighs seem to look lumpier than they did before and what is up with these horrible bat wings? I am not saying I am going back...I am pushing forward! I just wanted to know if this has happened to anyone else. I mean...loosing all that weight should make me feel better with my clothes off and now I am more embarrassed than I was before.

I don't know how much "loose" skin you have but are you doing any weight training to help tone your body?

Same way here, I posted a pic under my pics of how my stomach looks now and that's even after keepin 75lbs off for over 2.5 years. It takes time and you gotta keep workin hard at it. Also, watch what you are eating. Drink alot of water, weight train, do cardio and give it time. It takes a long time.... Years, I am still workin hard at my body.

Yup. Parts of me look like deflated lumpy balloons. The lower belly and inner thighs are the worst. When you start from a high weight that you have been at for a while, it's gonna happen no matter how much or what type of exercise you do. It is going to take time, that is all there is to it. Hydrate, moisturize and tone the muscles underneath, keep the blood moving. Invest in some light support garments to keep the wierd jiggling to a minimum. That's my plan anyway. Maybe in a few years they will have found a way to take it off without major surgery.
