Just a note to introduce myself as a new member. I am at 200 pounds and want to get down to 140. Eating right and exercise is rough for me because of my busy schedule but I know I can do it if I make it a priority! Motivation is also really hard for me to find too so any help in that area would be great! Hoping to get some friends on here to get support and support others! :smile:

  • Hi i have been on here for about 4 weeks now, trying to lose weight to feel healthier and to be a gorgeous bride ahead of my wedding next march. Losing weight is always difficult for me as I struggle with exercise due to a heart condition but I will get there and despite set backs I will spend my wedding day glowing with health and happiness and not being overtired!
