making myself accontible Day 4

OK today I got really bored, Oh I was craving sugar foods like crazzy.

BF~weight control oat meal, 1/2 a cinnamon roll
L~2 2inch pizza (left overs from last night) 1smal scoop ice cream
snack~2 apples
dinner~ again 3 2inch sqare pizzas and a boul of veggie soup.
Oh I'm craving a boul,BIG boul of ice cream right now! sombody stop me!
but no Im not going to give in tonight, Pinky promise:drinker:

I think thats all I ait today, I went for a 30 min walk outside today,
Talked to my sisters, and my mom on the phone for like 70 min!

My husband is buging me to get off the computer now, we have dial up, and he wants to make a call.

So i'll chat with you tomorrow.

  • You're killing me on the cinnamon rolls! :laugh: :embarassed:

    Ice cream is yummier but frozen yogurt is wonderful. Or put GoGurts in the freezer. Put it on the list for tomorrow.

    Good effort. Take it one day at a time.

    Me too.. what gives with the cinn rolls and pizza! You would be able to eat so much more food that will satisfy your hunger if you cut out the rolls and breads alike. :grumble: LOL

    Okay, good try again - thought maybe worth mentioning again, throw the ice cream away. can't be tempted by something you don't have in the house...

    Also, add veggies/fruits, please for the sake of your heart..... thank goodness it is shopping day!! Oh suggestion: string cheese instead of cheesewhiz or whatever it was the other day.:flowerforyou:
