I am glad to hear from everyone. It is good to know that I am not the only one on here. As far as the calendar goes. I am a little ways away from being in calendar shape.0

Started with MFP at the end of January with the Android app (which is great) this is what keeps me on track so far. I was unable to weigh myself at the start, but last Dr visit i was around 340, so my GW is 200. I have be doing really well with the everyday calories but have yet to start with exercise. I have a XBox Kinect and got the Biggest Looser and will start soon, i also have and elliptical machine that i will start, as well as golf which i will be walking 2 9hole rounds a week. Long way to go, but i need it. Thanks for all of your stories of success.0

I've been here since June of 2010, I've done well with it, lost 51 lbs, the app on my iPhone really helps.
It is all fairly simple, eat less move more :bigsmile:
be honest on what you are eating and log it all, and remember, it's not a diet, it is a lifestyle change :drinker:0
