Calories Burned during Turbo Fire Hitt?

How many calories do you burn during the HITT workouts? I don't have a heart rate monitor, but I'm sure it's more than 15-20 minutes of a normal workout.

I burn about 330 on HIIT 20 and 250 on HIIT 15.

During HIIT workouts for me I burn anywhere from 200 400 calories depending on how long the workout is and how intense.
