I do...upwards of 2 lbs and then it goes back down.0

I do but it does go back down. I think it's just retaining water.0

I definitely do and I seem to retain more water then0

Different women gain different amounts during different parts of their cycle. It isn't impossible to gain up to 5 or so pounds. It does go away.0

The week prior to TOM is my JFW (my junk food week) I usually crave carbs and salty foods- not a good thing. Every cycle I gain about 3-4lbs but lose it right after- mostly water weight I know, but discouraging just the same......0

When I was in my early 20s and working out like a fiend (7 days a week of some kind of activity), my weight would vary by as much as 20 pounds in a month without me doing anything intentionally to gain/lose.0

Didn't this month - but have been miserable as sin.
Would rather gain a pound or two (as many women do and as I have done in the past) than feel like this!! The weight goes PDQ.0 -
im unsure. this is my first time having a TOM while tracking my weight. I weighed in last sunday and was down 3.3 pounds. and then TOM started late monday night/early tuesday morning. it seems i didnt gain anything right before starting TOM like i hear a lot of women talk about. but I could have "gained" some right after i started, or right after i weighed in on sunday and not know it. i only weigh in once a week.0

I usually gain anywhere from 2-5 lbs.0

I'm on Depo. TOM doesn't visit anymore.0

I've only had one TOM since I started counting calories. I didn't gain weight, it just stopped. I was the exact same weight for the first three days; after that, it started plummeting to where it would have been if it didn't stop.0

I am on a type of birth control that makes me have very sparrattic TOMs. In January it was my first one since August and I gained 2 pounds that week! Then the very next week it came off super fast! So I definitely think it's natural and it's just water retention, which, luckily, is easy to lose!0

Yes and I am also very hungry a week prior as well. I feel as though I am always empty and my stomach is a bottomless pit! Last one I had, I not only gained a few pounds, but I didn't lose them back either! Darn T.O.M.0

Last month's TOM I lost 2 pounds that week. This month's I gained 1. As long as it's not much and things are back on track the next week, I don't sweat it. We do tend to retain water and bloat, so it can happen.0

Maybe I should tell my aunt flo about this cause I sure wish she wouldn't visit anymore0 -
sometimes I fluctuate but it may just be that I crave sweets and tend to eat more of them during TOM,0
