Hi everyone. I'm Jacky. I just joined today. I am really excited. I went back through and logged my food for the day. It was crazy to see how much I've already eaten today. I have been working out with a trainer for a few months but progress has been slow so hopefully tracking my food will help me lose the 95 lbs of unneeded excess baggage I'm carrying around.

Let me know if you have any thoughts, suggestions, or anything else you'd like to share. I'm open to all ideas.

    I wish you all the best success in your weight loss journey :D
    One of best things to do is to try out different things really and find out whats best for you and your body. Mix it up.
    And make sure you're eating healthly and drinking lots of water too :) x
