Hey Blues:
Here's our board for the week. I used everyone's weigh in this week as their starting weight because I believe since this is a new board for the year, we should start the board off fresh.
What are your plans for the week?
Mine is to continue to drink enough water and to watch myself while I'm on vacation next week. I will do the board again next week but it probably won't be posted until Wednesday or Thursday once I get back into the country.
Take care all

Thanks for the chart. It looks great! My plan this week is to make it to my class all 4 days and at least come close to my cals for the day:laugh: I have been failing miserably on my eating habits lately. I need to get kicked back into gear. Bathing suit season will be here before we turn around and now I need to lose almost 15 pounds to get to my original goal. Have a great week!
P.S. Hope you have a wonderful vacation!0 -
Thanks for the new chart. I am getting ready to head for work. I'm very excited today - my youngest daughter is coming home for a few days. She hasn't been here for over a year (although I have seen her elsewhere). Got to go kill that fatted calf! Everybody have a great Valentine's Day!0

New chart looks great! Keep on bringing it this week! I have actually lost or maintained my weight the last few weeks thanks to the diabetic diet...Now I just need to learn to maintain healthy eating habits. Take care!0

My nephew found this inspiring story online today and posted a link:

Here's to smart choices!0 -
That is quite the inspirational story. Thanks for sharing Mary. I have become addicted to Chocolate covered Almonds. A handful is only 7 carbs...I can handle that! I bought myself a new food scale at costco today. It is digital and was only $19. I am really liking it so far. Now to really use it!
Keep up the great work, and good choices!0 -
Hi all...I've been MIA for a while. I've been busy with life and not counting calories:grumble: I have to get back on the wagon before I gain all my weight back. I had a good breakfast but I will miss my exercise class today. I have too much work that I didn't do over the weekend. I have started P90X again at home so I will do chest and back on that today. Hope you all have a great day!0

Good to see you Tammy! You are right, you have to jump right back in or it will creep up on you. Good luck, and here's to smart choices!0

Wow! I knew those foods were calorie packed but not that bad. Thanks for sharing.0 -
I am scared to look at the link, It seems there is always something we like on those lists! I am getting down to the home stretch, we are getting ready to set up the crib, my bag is packed and I have washed the baby clothes. Life is crazy in how fast and often it changes! As my Great Grandfather used to say, nothing is as constant as change!0

hi all,
Nice job on the chart, ultimate lover. Glad to see you guys working it. We had some more snow here and today I have the day off to get some things done. Today I'm starting my new workout and hope to share it with ya.
Have a great day all!0 -
Lets keep truckin'!0

Hey Blues,
Sorry for being MIA after coming back from my trip. My sister and I got sick while down and we're still feeling the sickness. As a result of being sick, I lost about 12 pounds in a week. Hopefully I will be back to normal soon enough and I can start to get myself back on track.
I will do a chart this week if you guys wanted to send me your weigh ins. I'm personally going to use my original weight until I get better because I don't want a false sense of my progress.
Have a great day.0 -
Wow 12 lbs lost from being sick! You must of been miserable!! I hope you feel much better soon!
Take care!0 -
Hope everyone is doing well! No loss here, but 300 minutes of exercise logged this week, so I am somewhat proud of myself. I've been pretty busy the last few days.0

Hey All,
So I was going to make up the chart but it seems as if weight loss hasn't changed for anyone this week - whether it be from us travelling or whatnot. I'm not going to post a board this week, I'm just keeping a record on my computer to build on to it for next week.
I'm slowly getting better but it's a matter of making sure I eat things that'll stay in me and lots of resting. I won't be playing ultimate this week but that's okay, I'd rather get better first.0 -
Sounds fine to me - just get better already!0

Cograts on logging 300 minutes. I think I logged maybe 60. I can really tell that I haven't been exercising like I was. Gotta get back at it before I have to put on a bathing suit0 -

Glad to see you. Good luck on the workout. I'm looking forward to hearing about it. I've been slacking!0 -
Good Monday morning...I have a sick child today so today is probably not going to be too happy around here. I hope he doesn't have the junk that I had. So far slight fever and sore throat. We'll probably end up at the doctor before the day is over. I had a good breakfast and plan to do Biggest Loser Bootcamp later today. Hope you all have a good day!0

Good morning Blues! I am starting March with a "can do" attitude ~ How about you?? I will post my March goals soon. I must go think about them. Here's to smart choices!0
-
My February goals, since I used January to refocus, are to maintain the focus that I have found and hope hope hope to lose 1 pound, as I havent posted a loss in a year. How did I do? I have maintained focus and did post a 1 pound loss!
March goals, you ask? Continue to focus, and try to maintain my exercise minutes at 300/week. Maybe lose one more pound?? We'll see!
Here's to smart choices!0 -
hey, hey, hey,
I'm back on track this week and have started with the food part of it. I've kept eating correctly and tomorrow will start the workout part. Whatever happens, I'm going to keep going this time, and not give up.
Have an awesome day, all!0 -

Good to see you back!
I am staying on track, no matter what, also. I think I can, I think I can, I think I can, I KNOW I CAN!!0 -
Go Mary Go!!
My wonderful hubby got me an iphone this week. So I started tracking again. Hooray! Lo and behold I realized that my calorie intake is lower than I thought it was. Go figure. When eating a lot of fiber and protein that happens! Keep up the great work you guys! I want to see a lot of completed profiles tonight!0 -
Debnu - Hope you are doing well in your final stages of pregnancy! How exciting!
I am trying to talk myself back to the swimming pool, but after a long hiatus, my "lazy" woman is protesting. But "want to be fit" woman is talking back to her a lot. We'll see who wins tomorrow, which would be my only opportunity to go this week.
Okay, I just did it! I emailed and committed myself to swimming tomorrow with a swim buddy. (Deep breath) I think I can, I think I can, I think I can, I KNOW I CAN!0 -
hey all buddies,
My diet is off to a good start this week and I'm on track eating wise. Now, I have to work on my workout schedule. This can be done...just one day at a time. Have an awesome day all!0
