Well like many, starting this again! But this time, committed for sure- Had surgery (gall bladder) one month ago, and also found out I have a "wheat allergy" so I am starting fresh!
Worked out today and track every bite I took!! So I feel great about all this today!
Looking forward to meeting new friends to help me along with this journey!
