Just want some of you to take a look at changes I've made to

I've been stuck around 204 for almost a week now, and I read the 'eat more lose more' post and others like it so I decided to customize my diet and up my calorie intake by 460 cals. I've also make protein a bit more of a priority due to the intensity of my training. Lastly, I upped fat intake thanks to some advice, I'm assuming I was advised to do this because the body eats muscle for energy if it needs too, am I right? Not that I'm doubting the advice, Just trying to figure all this out.

It does feel weird especially because I've made these changes on the one Saturday I haven't trained in awhile lol, I'm thinking about doing sprints later. Last night I read that 4 to 7, 30 second sprints with 2 minutes of jogging or walking between the sprints burns more calories than an hour of moderate jogging, also read that the short intense bursts of training done like this 3 days a week improves cardiovascular endurance in half the time daily moderate jogging would...pretty cool stuff

anyway

I like to do interval training, I feel like I get a better workout. A good fun one that makes the time go by is 1 min slow *scale 1-10 about a (5), 1 min fast (7), 1 minute all out fast (8-9) as you can. I do that for about 30 min and get a great burn.
