My plan requires 100 for iron but I can't seem to get it past 30. I don't like to eat alot of red meat. Any suggestions on how to increase my iron without going over my calories?

Green leafy vegetables like a green leaf lettuce salad or a baby spinach salad. Pair an iron rich food with one high in vitamin C to add in the absorption of the iron. Also, avoid eating a calcium rich food at the same time because the two will "fight" each other. Also, soft drinks deplete the body of iron and calcium.0
