Just have to vent.........:explode:

I'm eating extremely "clean" Thanks to the info here that I whole heartedly believe in, I'm eating about half my excercise calories. I'm doing intense cardio 45 mins 6 times weekly.....I've had great success so far but this morning I'm up 2 lbs!!!!!!!!

I know, I know-weight fluctuations--water retention--it just makes it hard to see on the scale:angry:

I'm going to not get on the scale for a while.....just kinda burned to see that!!

Thanks for letting me vent!!!

My weight has been fluctuating about 5 pounds on any giving day. Yesterday I weighed 4 pounds more than I weigh today. It's not bugging me for whatever reason (thank goodness).

Keep your head up cuz it will probably be gone in a couple of days.

Try to weigh in only once a week tops, this will show your weightloss over time more accurately? And there will be no need to get discouraged.
For now, don't worry about it, it seems like you know it will pass anyway.

Have you taken your measurements lately? I find that it tends me to make me feel better in the end than that stupid old scale. Since I can't pay hundreds of dollars for a high class scale, I know that the cheaper ones tend to not be completely accurate. Keep exercising. You're doing great!!!!

I'm sorry for all of you that are going through the same thing, but it helps to know that someone else is rightt here having the same struggles I am.
