Week Four Diet Struggle

Anyone have any suggestions for struggling with week four.......feeling tired and craving potato chips....HELP

    Eat them.
    Key words: In moderation.
  • buy the 100 calorie packs!! so that you can't over indulge yourself :) but yet not say no to yourself
  • I agree, eat some, as long as you stay within your calorie goal. :-)

    I am going into my 4th week as well. I am nervous the scale won't be as kind and I will loose focus! But I try to remember I am doing this to better my health (and look better too!) You can do it, and like previous posters stated-- in moderation!

    Try the 100 calorie packs ! Also i bought the special k chips last night and they are really good ! Sour cream and onion special k chips are the kind i bought !
