Time to get in shape

I will soon be starting P90X to go along with the tae kwon do I already do to get my old fat rear in to shape. My name is Ray and I have five kids. I am 5'7" tall and currently weigh 190 pounds at 37 years old. I hope to shred some fat and build some lean muscle. Iam not too concerned about my exact weight. I am more focused on how I look. I can be 190 pounds as long as it is lean muscle instead of belly fat.

    All the best. Your kids will love you for it as you will have more energy for them. Try and do some exercise that includes them. Like going for a bike ride together, or kicking the footy. This way you will be burning calories, spending quality time with you kids and teaching them how to be healthy too.
