Bar/Fried food for the first time in 5 weeks

OMG...had Bar/Fried food for the first time in 5 weeks, (french fries, wings, mozz sticks, poppers) and let me tell you..I AM SO OVER IT....it made me feel sooo bloated and sick to my stomach, literally.....Add on a few drinks to that...uggh....

So grateful for my eggwhite, turkey bacon, and low fat grain waffle this morning!!!!

  • I had pizza and beer yesterday and felt terrible last night.....definately can't do that anymore.

    I feel ya! My body can't handle all that greasy food anymore. I feel bloated, sick to stomach and have headaches whenever I eat out.

    Isn't it funny how you can eat it all the time and be fine but as soon as you start to eat healthy one "bad" meal can make you feel so uncomfortable! I guess that's how the body tells us it knows we didn't give it the good stuff! :drinker:

    I hear ya! I did the same thing with the Superbowl party. :sick:
    I made the usual party foods, cocktail wieners, dead mans toes (lil smokies wrapped with bacon- but I used turkey bacon instead of regular) mozzarella sticks, cheese & sausage, cheesy potatoes, chicken strips...etc. and even though I didn't eat alot and was still in my calorie limit, I felt miserable and wished I had just eaten a salad and a light sandwich. I think it's definitely time to rethink the party foods and find something healthier!!
