Hi, I have been tracking my food and exercise since last August and lost 23 pounds. Everything was going great. But since Christmas, I have been tracking very sporadically and my weight loss has stopped. I haven't gained any weight but I've stopped losing... I guess I'm just looking for some encouragement, I still have about 10 pounds to go!!! I'm finding it a lot harder to exercise in the winter and it just seems like any excuse is good! Lucie

People always say the last ten are the hardest to lose. (It been so long I have no idea).... But maybe since you haven't gained any back you probably have changed how you eat and live. Its really not about a diet, its about a lifestyle change.

DON"T GIVE UP!!!!!!! Change your exercise routine around and keep up with everything. It will help you on your journey. We all hit walls from time to time but we have to keep trying to climb until we get over it. We are here for you. I have faith in you.
  • Hi Lucie!

Whatever you do don't give up. You don't have that far to go and you have not gained any weight. You need to keep going. Yes, I agree with Satojekabe, you need friends on here to push you and help you keep going. I know that when I see my friends posting their workouts and weight loss, it only motivates me to work out and stay within my allotted calories count to get the results I want. Don't give up.
