What do you log 30 Day Shred as for calories burned?

I just did JM's 30 Day Shred, Level 1 for the first time. What do you choose in the data base for logging exercise and calories burned? I chose general circuit training for 25 minutes. Is this right or does anyone else have a better idea?

That's what I always log it as... if you haven't all ready invest in a heart rate monitor to track calorie burn more accurately!0

Thanks. I haven't bought a HRM yet. Thinking about it but not sure what kind to buy. Don't want to spend a fortune. What kind do you have?0
