Unfortunately after several weeks of small loses and some maintaining I am up .5 today. Good luck to the last two from round one and good luck to everyone who joined for round two.

my scale got hijacked by my coworkers for the biggest loser game we are playing at work... my wii fit scale will have to do for 11 more weeks.0 -
I was nervous about this week due to eating all weekend for a wedding I was in, but thankfully there was a loss!

We are down to 19 people this week. I'm sad to see the other two contestants from Round 1 eliminated. I guess that means I won Round 1 but it's bittersweet at this point! Just_Peachy and Amber I will definitely be looking for you for the next round. You've both done amazing and I know will continue to do so! Good luck to both of you!!!!

i just tried on a pair of pants that i didn't fit into when I bought them either last year or the year before, and not only can I get in without sucking my gut in, they button, soo neener neener neener0 -

My goal this week is 360 minutes of exercise, reward is a pedicure. I can't workout today since I work from 12 to 11:30. Tomorrow, I will hit it hard again. Hmmm, better start thinking about the next reward.....0 -
I've been doing really good with getting at least 30 mins a day in, tho yesterday after going out for dinner, I came home and did an additional time on the bike, 60 mins total. . ouch lol .. and got up and did my normal routine in the morning(37 mins LOL)

That is an awesome elliptical workout...was it split up or all in one turn? It would take me like an hour and a half to get that many cals burned.
I'll be packing/unpacking most everyday for the next month or so...I'll try to get workouts in on the elliptical but I can't promise anything. However, all this will be better than sitting on my butt.0 -

You guys are awesome! I've just been doing my Chalean Extreme everyday I love that program. There's a different workout everyday so it's not boring like Power 90 was to me haha. Got my BodyMedia yesterday..love it!0

I will have to try that one. Sounds fun! I get bored easy so it might be a good fit for me as well.
I've been doing 30day shred and it's great so far but I'm sore. Went to itch my cheek awhile ago and a muscle hurt by my elbow that I didn't even realize was there! Youch! My armpits hurt too. I just hope I don't gain big arms out of this. They are big enough to start with and one of my least favorite things about myself. However, I will greatly accept a smaller tummy!!0 -
