I grill boneless chicken breast and cut them up and mix in with spaghetti. You could just use noodles and some tomato sauce to keep it low calorie. Or you could slice it up thin and use some flatbread with a slice of colby jack cheese to make a low cal but filling snack. All kinds of stuff hope this helps!0

Save the bones and make stock/broth with them for soups.
Wraps, fajitas, put in regular salad, fried rice, home made pot pie, flat bread chicken pizza, enchilada, tacos,0 -
cube, mix with 98%fat free cream of mushroom soup, diced celery, onion, frozen peas, reheat and serve on a split reduced fat biscuit.0

We use chicken thighs, but they are interchangeable in recipies (adding a few more cals of course).
Chicken Breast (thigh) baked with greek seasoning added to the following:
Spiral noodles and Mozza cheese.
Sautee'd green/red bell peppers and onions. Rice or Orzo.
Fajitas (bell peppers/onions, sour cream, cheese, pico de gyo, and soft shells)
Add to a salad.
Or I bake them and freeze them for a quick lunch.0
