This site was recomended to me by a woman in my water areobics class. It is great I can't wait to get going. Last year I lost 50lbs but it seemed to come off so slow. I am ready to begin again. I became a grandmother for the first time in Oct and I want to be around as long as possible to play with her and watch her grow.

Good luck and congratulations on becoming a Grandmother, my Grandson was born last September and it's a wonderful time ! This site is absolutely fabulous and I have been using it since January. I have bad days and good days though !
