My sis just asked me to do a 5k with her in a month. I really love to run because I like the way it makes me feel. After a run Im so pumped. I havent run in a little while but Im excited about this because the training will push me.

Thats awesome!! I am hoping to run an 8k next month..... I'm training for a big run in June!! I am a new runner.... but I'm already addicted!
