My name is Noelle, and I have been using this for about a month now. I always used it on my phone, but now that I have started on this website, I love it!
The weight loss has been slow, but it is going. I have been concentrating on how I feel during my work outs. I have been doing turbo jam and chalene extreme for the weight lifting, and I love those work outs. I can feel myself getting stronger, and my kick feel better.
My difficulty is keeping the cardio going when I do strength training. I have been doing the strength training three days a week, and only cardio one to two days a week, so my goal is to get to a steady three days a week.
I have quite a bit of weight to lose, but I am looking forward to the journey!
