This is a really interesting article that relates to compulsive eating and just general dieting, really.

Read it because if you know what's going on in your head you'll be better prepared to stop it.

I myself gave into an extinction burst on thursday, I think, and things have been going badly since. Now I know better. Now I want to print this off and paste it to the fridge.
