well i'm not an expert or m.d. or anything myself but let me tell you eating right is always the first step...... and my meals all center around vegetables and what i can put with them. I average between 1200 and 1500 calories a day and thats with 3 meals and a snack every day. eating everywhere from 2.5 to 4 hours. I also supplement my food with Advocare products though, so in order to get the correct nutrients you will have to cycle which veggies you eat. whats nice is that the body knows what it needs and will usually respond with a craving if you are lacking anything important. learn to listen to your body and not just shove food into it. consider food as fuel and that is a giant leap towards kickstarting your weight loss. Here;'s hoping i break the 300 lb threshold tomorrow. and if anyone wants info on Advocare stuff hit me up that stuff works great.0
