Is the scale wrong??

Question.....I weighed myself on the scale at the gym yesterday, and again today, and the same scale is saying I lost 5 lbs (in one day).....could this be right?? I was wearing the same clothes, no extra weight, but I'm confused. Any suggestions?

Our bodies fluctuate, probably a lot of the difference you see day to day is water.
It's really better to just weigh in once a week, same time of day, same scale, then you will have better idea.0 -
It's normal. The best time to weight yourself is in the morning after you wake up, before you eat or drink anything.0
