Hi all...I'm new here and just wanted to take a second to reach out and say hi.
I've started (I refuse to say "restart") on my journey to lose weight.

About six years ago had gastric bypass and went from about 420 to 215. Then through drinking, eating badly, and just making wrong choices...I have gone back up to about 280-290.

So yeah, I'm struggling. But I really want to believe that I can it do this time. I'm just going to try to figure out how and in the mean time...exercise.

I'm in grad school right now in London (really live in Ohio with my partner) so its difficult being so far away from everyone I love...but its also exciting. But in moments like right now at 120am...I get sad and want nothing more than to eat. or overeat that is.

So anyway....sorry if this sounds alittle down. I'm really happy to be in school (going for my master's degree in theatre) and its exciting to be in a new place such as this...

now if I can just stick to eating healthier and exercising!!!!

Thanks for reading! Have a great day

Denise
