I am 48 years old, male, 339 lbs. I have been struggling with this my whole adult life. I have been down to as little as 225 from a high of 371, and am now back up to 339 from being down to 275 (from 351) from the same time last year. I am trying to find consolation in the fact that this time my trip back up stopped before I hit the dreaded 350 mark. Type 2 diabetic, on insulin once a day. i am in middle-level management, white collar job, lost of stress, not happy at home except for my kids. Lots of potential excuses to wallow and throw up roadblocks.

I am hoping the feedback (both the logs, reports, and community) are enough this time so that the process sticks. I am clear on the fact that is a process, ongoing and lifelong.

Today was the first day and I went into the red by 12 calories (although I have not yet done my exercise and will pop those numbers in later).
