If I spend 45 minute doing strength training at the gym, then 20 mins on the elliptical, is there a way to log the 45 mins I spent lifting weights? And don't I burn calories while I'm lifting weights? I certainly feel like I do! It seems weird that only the time I spend during cardio counts towards my daily exercise goal.

Yeah, log it under cardiovascular as weight training/strength training.0

Hey,
If you log the strength training and the amount of time you spent doing it in the cardio section it will show you how many calories were burned.
Hope that helps0
