Eat only when you're hungry, eat it slowly, and stop when you're full.
Really obvious but I think a lot of us get caught up in in numbers, totals, timings, etc, and forget that 'normal' people eat like this!
And I want to be a normal person!0 -
Drink at least your 8 cups of water, colder the better and if you can hit a gallon a day you will be a hydration machine!0

great topic! my tip would be a little exercise is a lot better than none. once you get started you are likely to do more, and if you give youself permission to only do a little on those tough days you are more likely to actually start.0
