Has anyone else got a good tip to share, that's easy to work into the day?

    Eat only when you're hungry, eat it slowly, and stop when you're full.

    Really obvious but I think a lot of us get caught up in in numbers, totals, timings, etc, and forget that 'normal' people eat like this!

    And I want to be a normal person!

    Drink at least your 8 cups of water, colder the better and if you can hit a gallon a day you will be a hydration machine!

    Drink plenty of water (I really struggle with this), eat slowly and stop when you don't feel hungry anymore (I don't let myself get full anymore).

    great topic! my tip would be a little exercise is a lot better than none. once you get started you are likely to do more, and if you give youself permission to only do a little on those tough days you are more likely to actually start.

    find a sport/exercise that you LOVE..that's when it stops becoming a chore & something to have fun at!
