Hi all, I'm new to fitnesspal and I'm just looking for some people that have similar goals to mine. I'm interested in loosing about 10lbs but also gaining muscle. I know that muscle weighs more than fat so the first thing is to get my diet straight and balance that with my work out. I'm not officially starting until next week because the gym in my apartment complex is being remodeled.

I'm not terribly out of shape I'm just not what I used to be and I'd greatly appreciate having that back. If you can relate just talk to me, I could definitely used a buddy to motivate me!
