Hello :)

I stumbled upon the MFP-app on my phone just a few days ago, and I love it already :)
I'm starting slowly, getting aware of how many calories I've somtimes consumed. So I'm eating i little less, especially of the bad things and moving a little more.
Experience show that I'm horrible at keeping a strict diet, cause I have a sweet tooth and am a bit of a chocoholic, so I love that here I can still have some chocolate or ice cream without feeling guilty :
