Can you share your experience with the P90 program?

Did you lose?
Did you only tone?

Any other comments would be helpful.

I am on day 8 today and so far enjoying it tremendously.

    I liked the program. I have completed P90X and Insanity. I am doing RevABs right now and likeing that as well. I also have done some of the P90X plus dvds too.

    today is my day 26 of power 90. i have lost 14 pounds and 10 inches. i have yet to move on to the sweat 3-4 or sculpt 3-4.; i started seeing results right away and i keep seeing results. my day thirty is just days away!! the diet plan is essential ...of course. make sure you changed your settings on HERE to reflect the 40-30-30 eating plan for beachbody!

    We bought Power 90 for our daughters (middle school). It's a good program. My oldest daughter went from a size 9 to a size 7. She didn't need to lose weight, but that was the result of her doing the program and eating cleaner.

    What do you mean 40-30-30??

    40% carb/ 30% protein/ 30% fat. This is actually what I am set at on MFP and I'm getting ready for P90X so I hope it applies to that too (I know this is P90). Bring it on! They probably want to make sure you are getting enough protein for the workouts.
