Has anyone tried the JM 6wk 6pk yet? If so, did you get good results? I am thinking about getting it to tone my abs but I don't want to waste the money if no one has has sound results from it! Thanks in advance for your help!!

    I have the 30 day shred and I am currently doing it, trying level 2 tonight. I am starting to see results and I have been doing it for 2 weeks.

    I just started 6W6P so I can't say if it's working but I can say that I did feel it!

    If ypu can get your BF % under 10% in six weeks, it will work. Otherwise, no.
