Sensa- wt. loss product

Has anyone tried the wt. loss product Sensa or know much about it. It is something that you sprinkle on you food and gives you a full feeling faster than not using it, therefore, you eat less. Saw the commercial and was wondering if it really worked? Any advice would help. Thanks.

    Having tried all of the diet pills on the market back in the day, I'm leery of anything that promises weight loss w/o diet or exercise. You could google the reviews and see for yourself but I think it would probably be a waste of money. After years on the diet rollercoaster, thanks to MFP, I now know that only diet and exercise are going to help you lose weight. :flowerforyou:

    I tried it for 30 days with no results. But at least the return policy is really good. I got my money back the day they received it with no hassle. But I still get phone calls and e-mails asking me to try it again.
