Exercise calories

Should you eat them or not?
We have all heard to eat them and here is an example why. Based on my preferences and lifestyle WITHOUT exercise:
To loose 2 lbs week: Daily caloric goal is 1200
To loose 1 lbs week: Daily caloric goal is 1670
To maintain weight: Daily caloric goal is 2170
As you can see, MFP has calculated how many calories I need to eat without added exercise.
By adding exercise I get to eat a bit more, no it doesn't negate the need for exercise, but if I was determined to remain a couch potato and try to lose weight I could do it if I only ate the calories above.
By the way, I work at a desk all day so my daily lifestyle is considered sedentary. Exercise is something I do as a bonus to my day. If I still worked in a restaurant or I was a UPS driver or something my base calories would be higher.
Hope this helps some of you that are new and trying to figure it out. Eat all your calories everyday for the best results. Quit trying to stick just to traditional diet food and add some calorie dense items to your day. Not only will those foods help your get the nutrients you need but they will help keep you full longer!
Good Luck!
