30 day shred question

Hi there, I can't pull up the 30 day shred to enter it in my excercise diary? How is everyone doing it?? How do you know how many cals burned?

If you have a heart rate monitor then you can add it as an exercise. If you don't, then use circuit training.0

I put it in as circuit training....0

I have a HRM so I use that but before I did I put it under calisthenics. The calorie burn is REALLY close.0
