Happy Valentine's day! Today, many of you are likely to receive some form of sweets, either as chocolate or candy. If you're a strict vegetarian, you need to be aware of gelatin, which is added to many filled chocolates as well as gummy candies. Read the ingredient list, and ask your loved ones to do so as well before purchasing sweet goodies for you.

Also remember, that moderation is key! Don't eat an entire box of chocolate in one day. If you have one piece a day, you will be able to continue your weight loss or weight maintenance journey guilt-free, plus you'll get to enjoy these treats for longer.
