Even though I have been really struggling with my weight and can't seem to lose anything no matter what I do I decided to change my goals see at first I just wanted to shed the last 20lbs ( I have always had an athletic build) so my body has ALOT of muscle- so if I lose too much weight I kind of look sickly so I stay away from my typical weight that the BMI says I should be (doctors say thats fine because I am so muscular) but I decided to give myself a challenge and get down to to the typical weight I should be- This is a huge thing for me because I am already not losing weight no matter what I do-- I do gain muscle very very fast-- I had a personal trainer and in 2 weeks of working out really hard I gained 2 inches in muscle on my thighs doesn't make you feel good trust me-- My family always teases me and says I will have a small waist and huge muscular thighs-- Its my curse I hate it but its what happens- So regardless I just upped my weight loss challenge before it was just to lose 17-21lbs now I kicked it up to 36lbs that I need to lose-- now if I ever start losing weight and I do get close to this goal and I don't look right I will gain some more cause being skinny isn't my goal its too look good and skinny isn't cute to me-- Thick is cute to me- i have a badukadunk lol and a big chest always have-- so here goes nothing I hope I can shed this weight i dont know what else to do - I know I am carrying alot of weight in waste so I am currently trying some new stuff to help cleanse me and get rid of stuff thats why I have gained weight cause its not being expelled (my doctor says it shows on the scale) Sorry to be so graphic but its not cool when your trying to lose weight and your actually gaining because everything you are eating isn't getting released when it should be-- So wish me luck sorry this is so long-- I sure hope this happens for me..
